本系列产品适用于检测公路及铁路桥梁板式橡胶支座成品的力学性能。可进行抗压弹性模量、抗剪弹性模量、抗剪粘接性能、抗剪老化、摩擦系数、转角、极限抗压强度试验等。同时可进行公路桥梁及铁路桥梁盆式和球型橡胶支座在竖向承载下压缩变形和径向变形量的检测及盆式橡胶支座摩擦系数、压转等试验测定。
本系列产品是公路和铁路桥梁建设领域、桥梁橡胶支座生产企业和公路建筑、桥梁建造质检机构理想的试验检测设备。
·本系列产品造型美观、适用范围宽、整体刚度高、主机结构稳定性好、操作便捷、安全可靠。竖向力的提供由底座上套式油缸中大小活塞作用，以达到所测件范围的扩大。抗剪试验由一套完善、独立的水平施力机构配合使用。各构件的设计考虑到构建本身附加变形量在检测中的影响，最大限度地减少在各项试验中因构件移动时重力产生的摩擦力对检测力值的影响。
·本系列产品的全部试验均为在微机控制下实现全自动检测。可自动采集检测数据：自动绘制应力—应变、应力—时间曲线图；自动处理试验数据；自动判定检测结果；可按检测特性要求打印检测报告（含应力—应变、应力—时间曲线图）。并且有快捷的存储、查询、和检索的功能。
·本机采用先进的高精度伺服控制，具有等速加载功能（速率在一定范围内可调），加载时平稳无振动。同时具有持荷功能，持荷时间可达8小时之多（自动加载状态下），持荷时负荷误差不会超过满负荷的±0.5%。
·本系列产品可满足JT/T4-2004版的公路桥梁板式橡胶支座、JT391-1999版的公路桥梁盆式橡胶支座、TB/T1893-2006版的铁路桥梁板式橡胶支座、TB/T2331-2004版的铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座、GB/T17955-2000版的球型支座技术条件相关检测标准试验要求。
